1. Communicate your project scope.
- Provide us pictures or a sketch of your idea if possible
- Desired product dimensions
- Quantity needed
2. Receive a quote.
With an understanding of your needs, we will provide you a quote for your project.
3. Confirm your order.
When you're ready to move forward with your project, please approve your order by emailing or faxing the quote.
4. Receive your order confirmation.
You will receive an email confirming your order as soon as our system converts your order from a quote to a firm order. Please look at this confirmation closely and contact us immediately if a change is needed to your order.
5. Track your order.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves the Sculptware facility.
6. Receive your order delivery.
UPS or Sculptware preferred freight carrier will deliver your order. UPS will deliver to the ship to location as detailed on your confirmed order.
