- Shipping charges vary by location, weight and type of service. We normally ship via ground service with FedEx, but can use expedited service or alternative carriers if necessary to meet the required event date. We always look for the most economical route for your order.
- Sculptware ships product throughout the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship product to Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America and Latin America.
Client is responsible for shipping product back to Sculptware on the Pickup Date prescheduled by Sculptware, which is indicated on your rental quotation / contract. If the product is not initially ready when the freight carrier arrives to pick it up, additional charges will be billed to your account for each attempted/failed pickup. If you cannot have the product ready on the pickup date, contact Sculptware at 1-888-282-8811 immediately to reschedule and avoid incurring additional failed attempted pickup charges.
Wash Instructions
- Do not mix colors.
- Avoid over stuffing the washer. The less linens the better.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, bleaches, and detergents that could affect the color (similar to delicate clothing).
- Placing linen in a mesh laundry bag is ideal.
- Dry cleaning is preferred option.
Dry Instructions
- Avoid over stuffing the dryer.
- Avoid high heat as much as possible when drying.
- Use a low heat tumble dry or traditional hang dry.
- If wrinkles need removed try a handheld steamer and make sure it is not to close to avoid damaging the linen.

What is your rental order cancellation policy?
Rental order cancellations can be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled ship date. Cancellations with less than 48 hours will be subject to a restocking fee. Cancellations for rental orders shipped, returned unused will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.What is the policy for canceling a custom order?

Orders for standard purchase items cannot be canceled after the manufacturing process starts. Specific high volume exceptions do apply, which in case the order may be subject to a restock fee.What is the policy for rental linens returned unused?
Linens returned unused are subject to full rental charges unless the order is returned in the original packaging, in which case a 40% restocking fee will apply. Products that contain Sculptware's patented polycaster components contain a lifetime warranty. Sculptware will replace the polycaster component or reattach to the linen at no additional charge. To take advantage of the warranty please contact your Sculptware representative, describe the issue and request an RMA. The customer is responsible for returning the product with RMA. Sculptware will replace the defective component and return at no charge.
